The “destorroador” system of this feeder container is resulted of many researches and tests obtained the most efficient system. The efficiency shown in the photo can be proven in any type of adobe, dried up “torrões” with 50 cm of diameter, the aspos will reduce these “torrões” to the diameter of 4 to 6 cm. The double axles shown in this photo are optional, they substitute the system, where the problem of hard “torrões” is a difficult solution. If the adobe has normal of them, the feeder container normally is made with only one repicator axle.
The aspos are own cleaner and according that they go being consuming can be advanced in continuous regulations, the replacement can be acquired in our industry, or the customer will acquire the material in bars steel ca-50 of construction and will cut them, so it will be more economic than the replacement.
The axle of aspos is operated by an independent engine, not to transmit impacts in the box of gears and not to damage them.
The axle is operated by a projection of good sizing, to assure to the aspos the necessary force of the impact, to cut down great “torrões” dry with low consumption of energy.
In case of two axles, two projections, two axles of aspos and two engines will be placed.

The speed of the mat and the amount of the clay is controlled trhough the pulley of rotation that it facilitates and becomes the feeding perfect, wasting energy to do not work braking the adobe against the floodgate as it happens in other feeder boxes that do not possess different speed and the regulation operates by the blockade of the floodgate.

Strengthened mat is worked indented wheels of 6 teeth, that it allows a soft joint and few movement in the hinges of the buds causing few damage.

The buds of the mat are strengthened with a fold and a ribbing, and are shaped to work better with the clay and to resist the impacts when the great dry “torrões” fall from the high top of dumping waggon, the joints are strengthened, the roletes and bolts are cementados, but the Cx-120 model has 3 careers of roletes to guarantee greater support.
