DESCRIPTION

The vacuum atomizer is destined to soap industries, bar of soap and for all kind of cream or liquid product to extract the water in themselves.
Their functions are: separate the water of the soap, bar of soap, etc, and to cool the product that is sprayed.
The separation of the water occurs on its surface, to a temperature above 100C. The water in vapor form and the product adheres the walls coolong itself by the action of the vacuum where it is removed by a system of rotating vanes and goes down by gravity until the low exit where the extrusora is connected.
The set free water in vapor form is sucked through the upper exit by a vacuum system on the atomizer.
